7-day return window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection. The return period applies to eligible change-of-mind or remorse returns and to products that are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not match the order.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, an eligible product may be returned within the 7-day return period. Return the product in good condition with the supplied accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

A product that is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not match your order may be returned within the return period. Opening or reasonably testing a product to identify a fault or confirm that the wrong item was supplied does not by itself make the product ineligible for return.

How to return a product

You may return an eligible product using either of these methods:

• In store: Marcnet Gadgets, Veteran House, 4th Floor, Room 407, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya.
• Post or courier: An eligible product may be sent back to Marcnet Gadgets by post or courier.

You do not need prior WhatsApp, telephone or email authorisation before starting an eligible return. You may contact us for assistance, but contacting us first is not a condition of your return rights under this policy.

Return transport costs

• Defective, damaged, incorrect or wrong-order products: Marcnet Gadgets will pay or arrange reasonable return transport.
• Change-of-mind or remorse returns: the customer is responsible for the return transport cost.
• In-store returns: there is no return-shipping charge.

Restocking fees

Marcnet Gadgets does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

After an eligible returned product is received and inspected, and the return is confirmed, Marcnet Gadgets will process the applicable refund within 7 days using the appropriate refund method. The 7-day refund processing period begins after the returned product is received and the return is confirmed as eligible. Any additional payment-provider or banking processing time after a refund is issued may depend on the payment method used.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange instead of a refund where appropriate. Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement product. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, the applicable refund process will be used.
